What materials do you use?

Our handmade rugs are crafted using premium natural fibers such as New Zealand wool, Merino wool, and Tencel.

The Everyday Luxury collection is made using high-quality micro-polyester yarn, selected for its durability, softness, and ease of maintenance.

How do I care for my carpet?

Care instructions vary depending on the construction:

Handmade Rugs:
Vacuum lightly using a low-power setting. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight. Blot spills immediately with a clean, dry cloth. Professional cleaning is recommended periodically.

Everyday Luxury Rugs:
Easy to maintain and clean. Vacuum regularly and clean spills using mild soap or detergent with water. Allow to air dry.

Will my carpet shed or have loose fibers?

Shedding is normal for handmade rugs, especially hand-tufted pieces, and will reduce over time with regular use and care. If loose fibers appear, trim them gently instead of pulling.

The Everyday Luxury collection does not shed in the same way due to its construction.

Can I return or exchange my carpet?

All sales are final. However, in the rare case of a manufacturing defect, we accept returns or exchanges. The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with supporting images and details.
