While all purchases are considered final, we understand that issues may arise. In the rare case of a manufacturing defect that cannot be repaired, we offer returns or exchanges.

Reporting a Manufacturing Defect

If you believe your carpet has a manufacturing defect, please follow these steps:

Report Within 48 Hours
Email us at info@qaleenbrothers.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide Essential Details
Include the following in your email:

Clear images highlighting the defect
A detailed description of the issue
Your order number

Retain Original Packaging & Tags
To process your return or exchange smoothly, ensure that all original packaging and tags remain intact.

What Is Not Considered a Defect?

Handcrafted rugs have natural variations that enhance their uniqueness. The following are not considered defects:

Shedding
Loose fibers may shed, especially in hand-tufted rugs. Regular vacuuming (low-power, one to two times a week) will minimize this over time.

Fiber Sprouting
Occasionally, tufts may extend beyond the rug’s surface. Do not pull them—simply trim with scissors to match the pile height.

Creasing & Rolling Marks
Any creases or marks from shipping will settle within a few days. Rolling the rug in the opposite direction can speed up the process.

Scent from Packaging
A slight odor may be present due to packaging but will dissipate in a well-ventilated space.

Color Variations
Slight differences in color may occur due to lighting and screen settings. While we strive for accuracy, an exact match to your display cannot be guaranteed.

Important Return Guidelines

All original tags and packaging must be intact for a return to be processed.
Timely reporting is crucial—delays may result in the request being declined.
Qaleen Brothers reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet our policy guidelines.
